Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account at Moonwin, a player agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions in full, along with any bonus-specific terms published alongside individual promotions. These terms form a binding agreement between the player and Dama N.V., the operator of Moonwin, and continue to apply for as long as the account remains open. Continued use of the account after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. A player who does not agree with these terms should not register an account or should close an existing one through the support team.

Player Requirements

Registration at Moonwin is open only to individuals aged 18 or older, and this age requirement applies uniformly across Australia with no variation by state or territory. Each player may hold only one account; a second account registered by the same person, or by another person in the same household using shared payment details, is treated as a breach of these terms. Moonwin does not hold an Australian gambling licence, and Moonwin operates under an offshore Curaçao licence rather than any licence issued by an Australian authority. Participation from Australia is offered on this basis, and each player remains responsible for confirming that using an offshore gambling site is lawful in their own circumstances and jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.

The maximum bet permitted per round while a bonus is active is $5; a larger stake placed during active wagering can result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on a Moonwin account and may result in suspension, closure or forfeiture of funds: operating more than one account per person or household, exploiting a bonus through methods not intended by its terms, colluding with another player to gain an unfair advantage in a live or table game, and using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform. Moonwin reserves the right to withhold winnings and close an account where any of the above is identified, and to report suspected fraud to relevant payment providers or authorities.

Technical Malfunctions

Game results are determined by certified random number generators, and a technical malfunction, whether in game software, network connectivity or display, does not create a right to a payout that a properly functioning round would not have produced. Rounds affected by a verified technical malfunction are voided, and any wagered stake for that round is returned to the player’s balance. Moonwin is not liable for interruptions caused by a player’s own device, internet connection or browser.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dama N.V. and its officers, employees and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of Moonwin, including loss connected to account suspension, a delayed withdrawal, or a technical malfunction outside the operator’s direct control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dama N.V.’s licence issued by Antillephone N.V. under the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Any dispute arising from use of the Moonwin platform is subject to that jurisdiction unless a mandatory provision of the player’s own local law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

Moonwin may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in games, payment methods, promotions or regulatory requirements. Material changes are communicated through a notice on the site or by email to the address registered on the account. The version published on moonwinplay.com at any given time is the version in effect, and continued use of the account following a published update constitutes acceptance of the change.
